The lawyers at our firm represented Ratio Oil Explorations (1992) LP and its subsidiary Ratio Oil Explorations (Finance) Ltd (the "Company") in the public offering of the bonds of the Company combined with warrants of the its parent entity on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), in which the Company raised NIS 629 million (~ $164 million).

The Securities department of our Law Firm represented the Company in all stages of the offering, including drafting of the offering statements and the legal counsel concerning the regulatory matters, including the Israel Securities Authority, the Tax Authority, the Stock Exchange and others.
Our firm is experienced for many years in public offerings of companies and limited partnerships on the TASE, including among others large scale offerings of $100 million and more.
