A team of lawyers led by Dr. Zeev Holender has represented Olimpia Real Estate Holdings (TASE:OLMP) in its engagement in Standby Equity Purchase Agreement (SEPA) with YA Global Investments L.P.

 
The representation has included negotiating the terms and drafting the agreement as well as advising the client as to the aspects of the Securities Law regulations related to the transaction. In addition, our law firm has handled the offerings of the securities issued to the investment fund as a part of the deal.
